By using the Vagina Institute website, you agree that the laws of the state of Jalisco, Mexico, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Vagina Institute or its associates.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

In the event of a dispute, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Jalisco, Mexico.
7. Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to the Vagina Institute website or to products or services sold or distributed by Vagina Institute or through the Vagina Institute website will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The laws of Jalisco, Mexico will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Vagina Institute or its associates. The parties agree to seek resolution of the dispute only through arbitration of that dispute in accordance with the laws of Jalisco, Mexico, and not litigate any dispute in court.
You agree that the state or federal courts located in Jalisco, Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Vagina Institute website, and any products or services obtained from the Vagina Institute website. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that venue is proper in these courts in any such legal action or proceeding and must be filed within one (5) days after such claim or cause of action arose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vagina Institute, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
Under no circumstances will Vagina Institute be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the service, website or your account or the information contained therein.

9. Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Users may post content as long as it is not illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaigns, and commercial solicitation.

11. Permissions to Use and Publish Survey Data
By participating in any of our surveys, you grant Vagina Institute the right to use and publish your responses. Your responses will be used solely for the purpose of aggregating data and generating statistical information. We may use the aggregated data and statistical information generated from your responses for various purposes including, but not limited to, academic research, development of reports and studies, improvement of our products and services, and public disclosure. Your responses will be anonymized and no personally identifiable information will be shared as part of this process.
By providing your responses, you understand and agree that your participation is voluntary and your responses will be processed, analyzed, and potentially shared in aggregated or statistical forms.
You further grant Vagina Institute a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such aggregated data and statistical information, in whole or in part, and to incorporate it into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in our surveys.
12. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy
Vagina Institute respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to Vagina Institute's Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Vagina Institute's Designated Copyright Agent.
